Hixson - YMCA North River—Thursdays, 12PM - 8PM

Hamilton Place - YMCA Hamilton Family—Thursdays, 12PM - 8PM

Northshore - CrossFit Brigade—Thursdays, 12:30PM - 6:30PM

*CrossFit actually closes at 6:15 pm but that someone should be there until (leaving) at 6:30 pm - so try not to be late - (the earlier the better)
